How Shipping is Charged

Charges are accumulated by the weight and dimensions of the package. We utilize software that links up with the provider at check-out to determine the cost of shipping.

BCW Supplies & Storage Items

BCW brand items ship out via FedEx only. If you are ordering small and/or light items that are BCW, we suggest you order multiple items because FedEx’s minimum shipping charge is around $11. If you order more than one item, it is highly likely your shipping charge will not change at all, or by very little if they are smaller items. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Pre-Orders are identified on product by use of an overlay on the image.

Please be aware that pre-order dates are what is passed onto us by our distributors. We also ship at the time we receive the shipment! Our distributors fill orders in the order in which they were received. We will notify you as soon as we receive notice that the item is in stock and has been shipped to us. From there we can give you an accurate ETA of when to expect your pre-ordered items.

Pre-Order Payments

We will only authorize your card for payment at the time of check-out. We will renew that authorization every 30 days up until the item is received. Once we ship the item, we will process the authorization.

The collectibles and supplies business as a whole has been unpredictable! We do allow backorders and pass your order to our distributors to be included in our shipment when it comes back in -stock. We will notify you when your item has been received and when to expect to receive the item.

Items that we do not carry in-stock, we will order for our customers. Depending on the supplier, your item could take up to 10 days to be received in our store. Once we receive your item, we will notify you and provide a tracking number immediately after we ship your item out.
